The most people to register for a citizen engagement platform in one month is 35,379,062 and was achieved by MyGov and Ministry of Education (both India) as a part of “Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025” in New Delhi, India, on 4 August 2025.

Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC), the flagship “Exam Warriors”is an initiative of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.

Since its inception, PPC has grown exponentially—2018 to 2025 has been a journey from thousands to millions, each year setting new benchmarks for participation from students, teachers, and parents across India.

In one of his most powerful messages to students, PM Modi has said: “You should compete with yourself. Stop competing with others and start competing with yourself.” This philosophy remains the heart of PPC—encouraging self-improvement over comparison, and passion over pressure.

PPC extends its impact beyond students by engaging directly with parents and teachers, urging them to replace “Pressure with Patience”, and “Expectations with Encouragement”. It calls on them to recognise each child’s unique strengths and to foster environments where curiosity is celebrated as much as achievement. Over time, this empathetic approach has helped transform Pariksha Pe Charcha from an annual interaction into a nationwide movement—one that is steadily reshaping India’s exam culture, “Turning challenges into Opportunities” and “Stress into Self-belief”.

The Guinness World Records certificate was presented to MyGov on 4 August 2025 at a ceremony attended by Union Education Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Minister of Electronics & IT Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw ji, Minister of State Shri Jitin Prasada ji, MyGov CEO Shri Nand Kumarum, senior officials.

Shri Dharmendra Pradhan hailed PPC as a transformative effort to make exams a celebration of learning, while Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw ji called it a “Symbol of trust and opportunity". Shri Jitin Prasada praised MyGov for using technology not just to digitise governance but to humanise it—making PPC a personal, accessible movement that unites millions across the nation.
